Crime Stoppers and the Nassau County Police Department’s Homicide Squad are seeking
the public’s help in identifying the subject(s) wanted in connection with a homicide that
occurred in Hempstead, New York.
On Sunday, April 26, 2020, at approximately 12:19 A.M., the pictured twenty-three year
old, Taleek Smith, was shot and killed while seated in a parked car located on Olsen Place in Hempstead.
