Dina Davis is wanted by the Nassau County Police Department on an open bench warrant for an Assault in the 2nd degree. In October of 2019 the defendant was arrested for an Assault and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in Hempstead. A warrant was later issued in September of 2020 when she did fail to comply with court proceedings.
