Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Fourth Precinct Crime Section officers are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man who stole merchandise from a Commack store in September. A man stole a DeWalt reciprocating saw, DeWalt rotary hammer, and Hitachi nail gun from Lowe’s, located at 100 Long Island Expressway, on September 27 at approximately 6:15 p.m. The merchandise is valued at approximately $527. The suspect is described as black, with short dreadlocks, who was wearing a black jacket and black pants.
