$2k Fast Cash Reward Offered for Arrest

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is offering a fast-cash reward of $2,000 for information that leads to an arrest in this case.

The reward will be issued within 72 hours.


Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and New York State Police are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the person or people responsible for the fatal shooting of a man at the Shinnecock Indian Reservation earlier this month.


State Police responded to a call of an unresponsive man lying in the roadway on Old Point Road on November 5 at approximately 9:50 p.m. The man, Ali Wisdom, 43, of Sag Harbor, who is not a member of the Shinnecock Nation, had been shot. Wisdom was transported to Stony Brook Southampton Hospital where he died a short time later.


Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this incident can contact Suffolk County Crime Stoppers to submit an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-220-TIPS (8477). All calls will be kept confidential.
