Popescu Constantin is wanted by the Nassau County Police Department on an open felony warrant for Possession of Forgery Device. The defendant was originally charged in September of 2017 for placing a skimming device on an ATM. A warrant was later issued in January of 2018 when he failed to appear in court. His current whereabouts as unknown.
