ROBBERY 2nd DEGREE
Michael Smith is wanted by the Nassau County Police Department on an open Felony bench warrant for Robbery 2nd Degree. The defendant was arrested in December of 2020 after committing a robbery in Valley Stream causing a physical injury to the victim. A warrant was later issued in March of 2021 when the defendant failed to appear in court.
