Mark Carney is wanted by the Nassau County Police Department on an open felony warrant for Grand Larceny 4th degree. The defendant was originally arrested in December of 2018 for stealing merchandise from Neiman Marcus in East Garden City, NY. A warrant was later issued when he failed to appear in court.
