Suffolk County Police Seventh Squad detectives are investigating a shooting that injured a man in Shirley early this morning.
Seventh Precinct officers responded to Laundry Kingdom, located at 579 Montauk Highway, after a 911 caller reported a man shot at 12:49 a.m. When officers arrived, they found an adult male with a gunshot wound to the leg. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries.Â
