Leonardo Cardichon Destine is wanted by the Nassau County Police Department on a Felony bench warrant for AUO 1st degree. In Julyof 2018the defendant was involved in an auto accident in Elmont, NY. Further investigation revealed the defendant was found to have a suspended license (20 suspensions). The defendant was arrested. A warrant was later issued in October of 2018 when the defendant failed to comply with court proceedings.
