Crime Stoppers and the Nassau County Police Department are seeking the public’s help in identifying the subject wanted in connection with a Leaving the Scene of a Motor Vehicle Collision which occurred in Farmingdale, NY.
On April 20, 2019, at about 2:45 A.M., an unknown subject, who was operating the pictured white minivan, struck a parked vehicle on Conklin Street in Farmingdale, causing it to hit and injure a pedestrian standing nearby. The minivan then fled from the collision, striking a police officer and another victim, before fleeing northbound on Conklin Street. The police officer and the two victims were transported to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
