Joshua Mitchell is wanted by the Nassau County Police Department on an open bench warrant for an Assault in the 1st degree and Grand Larceny 3rd degree. In September of 2020, the defendant was arrested for stealing from the Home Depot in Levittown where he fled the scene and injured an individual with his vehicle. A warrant was later issued in December of 2020 when he failed to appear at court proceedings.
