Joseph Fracasse is wanted by the Nassau County Police Department on an open felony warrant for Possession of Forged Instrument. The defendant was originally charged in September of 2018 for possessing a forged instrument in an attempt to withdraw money from a victim’s account. A warrant was later issued in February of 2019 when he failed to appear in court. His current whereabouts are unknown.
