Joseph Cappuccio is wanted by the Nassau County Police Department on an open Felony warrant for Burglary 1st Degree. In January of 2018 the defendant was arrest for Burglary in the 1st Degree. A warrant was issued in June of 2018 when he failed to comply with court proceedings. His whereabouts are currently unknown.
