Jesse Heard is wanted by the Nassau County Police Department on an open felony warrant for Identity Theft. The defendant was originally arrested in January of 2019 for attempting to use the identity of another to withdraw money from the victim’s bank account. A warrant was later issued in June of 2019 when he failed to appear in court.
