Jasmine Rivera is wanted by the Nassau County Police Department on an open felony warrant for Criminal Possession of a Weapon. The defendant was arrested in August of 2018 on unrelated charges and was found to be in possession of an illegal weapon. A warrant was later issued in September of 2018 when the defendant failed to appear in court.
