James Tano is wanted by the Nassau County Police Department on an open felony warrant for Grand Larceny 4th degree. The defendant was originally arrested in March of 2018 for stealing merchandise from the Neiman Marcus department store in East Garden City, NY. A warrant was later issued in May of 2018 when he failed to appear in court.
