Jacob Rosario is being sought by Suffolk County Police on an outstanding warrant for Grand Larceny 4th Degree. During the time between November 12 and November 29, 2012, while working as an employee of the Microsoft Store in Huntington, Rosario scanned merchandise for another person to purchase and then voided the transactions in such a way that the other person could take the merchandise without paying for it. Rosario was arrested on October 14, 2013, and charged with Grand Larceny 4th Degree. A warrant was issued for his arrest on September 2, 2014.
