Herberth Hernandez is wanted by the Nassau County Police Department on an open bench warrant for an Assault 2nd degree. In March of 2022 the defendant was arrested in New Cassel for assault with intent to injure a Police Officer. A warrant was later issued in June of 2022 when he did not comply with court proceedings.
