Basilio Ramos is being sought by Suffolk County Police on an outstanding warrant for Criminal Sexual Act 1st Degree. On May 22, 2015, Ramos was arrested and charged with Criminal Sexual Act 1st Degree. A warrant was issued for his arrest on February 23, 2016.
