IN OCTOBER 2008 HELMUS WAS ARRRESTED FOR A FELONY DWI CHARGE AFTER DRIVING INTO A POLICE INVESTIGATION ZONE THAT WAS SECURED BY NUMEROUS POLICE VEHICLES WITH FLASHING LIGHTS.
